Conclusion

If you experienced being a scapegoat in your family dynamic,

know that you were gas lit to believe that you were the problem.

You were never the problem and it was their dysfunction that was always the actual problem.

Consider joining online communities such as Facebook to interact with others that understand your experiences.

It is a great way to heal when you know that you were never alone with what you went through.

These online communities helped me heal much faster than I could ever have on my own.

Or even consider speaking to a qualified therapist or counsellor. Any validation and understanding of your experiences can truly help heal.
